Delivery Information
At Valetmats.co.uk, we understand how important it is for you to receive your orders on time and in perfect condition. We've outlined our delivery policies below to ensure you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Processing Times
We are dedicated to ensuring your order is dispatched promptly. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon confirmation of your order email. For those requiring their items sooner, we offer an express delivery service.
Orders placed with express delivery will be aimed to be processed within 1 working day, and most orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day.
However, during periods of high order volumes or unforeseen postal service challenges, dispatch times may be extended slightly. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances. Rest assured, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Domestic Delivery Rates and Estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive delivery options to accommodate your needs:

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at orders@valetmats.co.uk with your name and order number.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Please be aware that some of our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for delivery to avoid any delays.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
At our company, we aim to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. Should you find yourself not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist.
Returns
You are entitled to return an item up to 14 days after receiving your delivery, provided the item remains unused and in the condition that you received it, including its original packaging. We accept returns for most items within this timeframe, however, please be aware that personalised or custom printed items are only eligible for return in the event they are faulty. Should you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@valetmats.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, a photo demonstrating the item's condition.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will conduct an inspection and communicate with you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved returns will result in a refund of the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, credited back to your original method of payment. We ask for your patience with your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
In circumstances where your order is delivered damaged or faulty, we kindly ask you to email us promptly at support@valetmats.co.uk with your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We treat these instances on a case-by-case basis but are committed to working towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include an exchange or refund.
